At Hayes Cabin Services, we create bespoke cabins tailored to your exact specifications, custom-designed from the ground up to meet unique needs and preferences, including non-standard sizes. Whether you need a specialised workspace, a custom canteen, or any other specific solution, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life. In the initial design phase, our experienced engineers work closely with you to bring your vision to life. We start by understanding your specific requirements, ensuring every detail is considered. Using advanced Revit software, our team creates detailed 3D models of your custom cabin, allowing you to visualise the final product with precision. This collaborative approach ensures the design perfectly aligns with your needs: whether it’s a unique layout, non-standard size, or specialised features. The result is a fully tailored solution that sets the foundation for the build.

Built to spec
Once the design is finalised, your bespoke cabin is built to order at a dedicated off-site production facility. Modules are built to BCAR requirements using timber-frame construction: engineered for durability, thermal performance, and full compliance with Irish building regulations. Skilled craftsmen build to the approved 3D design, with attention to detail paramount. Throughout this phase we maintain close communication, and every module is inspected before transport.

Fitted out on site
In the fit-out phase, we transform the delivered structure into a fully functional space tailored to your exact requirements. Our team installs custom electrics, air conditioning, networking and any other specific features you need. Whether it’s specialised lighting, advanced climate control, or integrated technology, every detail is handled with precision. The cabin comes to life, equipped with the amenities and systems necessary for seamless operation.

Do you deliver across Ireland?
Yes. Every Hayes Cabin Services unit is delivered nationwide from our base in West Cork. The truck-mounted cranes in our fleet lift the unit off the truck and position it exactly where you need it on-site, so no separate crane is required. RAMS and a lift plan produced by our appointed person are issued in advance for every delivery as standard, and all lifting equipment is GA1 certified.
How quickly can you deliver?
Most deliveries are scheduled within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation, subject to stock and route. For specialist modifications or bespoke builds the lead time is longer. We’ll confirm a firm date in writing before invoice.
Can I hire instead of buy?
Most units in the range are available for sale or hire. Hire works on weekly or monthly rates with delivery and collection included; sale is a one-off purchase. Long-term projects under roughly 18 months usually work out cheaper on hire. We’re happy to price both options side-by-side.
Do you provide RAMS and delivery paperwork?
Yes: Risk Assessment and Method Statement documents are issued in advance of every delivery, covering the lift, the site approach, and our banksman’s role. We can route paperwork through your procurement system if required (PDF, portal upload, or signed hard copy on arrival).
