From Volvo Cork Week to county shows, sporting fixtures and corporate family days, Hayes units have stood behind some of Munster’s busiest event sites. We know what a wet weekend does to ground access, what servicing a multi-day festival actually takes, and why the derig matters as much as the install.
Cabins, toilets, power, light and crowd control for festivals, race meetings and corporate events: delivered, positioned and collected by our own crane fleet.
An event site is a construction site on a deadline. Hayes Cabin Services has been supplying Irish events since the days when the kit travelled with the family’s own loo-hire business: box offices, production offices, medical rooms, crew canteens, toilets, showers, generators, tower lights, barriers and fencing, all from one base in West Cork.
One supplier means one delivery schedule, one install crew and one phone number when the plan changes on the Thursday before gates open. Our crane trucks place every unit exactly where the site map says. No waiting on a third-party hauliers or hired-in lift.

Can’t find an answer? Call the office on 023 884 8395. All questions →
How far in advance should I book event kit?
For summer festival season, the earlier the better, key dates book out months ahead. For smaller events we can often turn a full package around inside a week. Either way, call the office with your dates first and we’ll hold stock while the plan firms up.
Do you deliver, set up and collect after the event?
Yes, delivery, positioning and collection are all done by our own drivers and crane trucks. We work to your site map and your derig schedule, and tight access is rarely a problem with our powersteer trailers.
Can toilets be serviced during a multi-day event?
Yes. We offer multi-day servicing for toilets and showers so facilities stay clean and stocked for the full run of the event, agreed as part of the package when you book.
Can you supply everything for an event site from one place?
That’s the point of us. Cabins for box office, production, medical and crew; toilets and showers; generators and tower lights; barriers and fencing. One supplier, one delivery schedule, one phone number.
What events have you supplied?
Hayes kit has supported events across Munster and beyond for decades: including sailing’s Volvo Cork Week, county shows, race meetings and corporate events. Ask us about your event type and we’ll tell you exactly what we’d put on site.
Do you deliver across Ireland?
Yes. Every Hayes Cabin Services unit is delivered nationwide from our base in West Cork. The truck-mounted cranes in our fleet lift the unit off the truck and position it exactly where you need it on-site, so no separate crane is required. RAMS and a lift plan produced by our appointed person are issued in advance for every delivery as standard, and all lifting equipment is GA1 certified.
How quickly can you deliver?
Most deliveries are scheduled within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation, subject to stock and route. For specialist modifications or bespoke builds the lead time is longer. We’ll confirm a firm date in writing before invoice.
